If Elderslie House client cancels outside 14 days of the booking, 100% of the deposit is refunded to the client.
If Elderslie House client cancels within 14 days then 50% of total deposit is refunded unless the accommodation is booked elsewhere.
If client cancels with 48 hours of booked date i.e. (after 2pm) no refund applies.
Please note: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation.
